We filter our buffering units in order to avoid sending dust particles into the air. Our raw material suppliers of stainless steel, buffing compound, packaging supplies and more are also American companies that produce their goods following the same responsible environmental standards. Our energy source is mainly hydroelectric through the City of Sherrill program coming from Niagara Falls hydro-power. That is why we offer a no questions asked return or exchange policy. If the flatware you purchased is not to your liking, (maybe its the weight, design, whatever) you can return it. We are also happy to exchange your set for another one of our various patterns.
