Good price. The plates were are very sturdy and and make for a nice touch at any type of party. I got the plain white plates with no trim for a semi formal dinner party.The forks and spoons have a nice appearance and the silver like finish is suitably durable ( there were 2 forks that had small but noticeable scratches out of the box but I had extra forks in the order. For the forks I had remaining after the party I got a wash or two out of them before I tossed them out.) I haven't tested whether they hold up to the heat of hot dishes like a soup but for salad and buffet style dinner they didn't melt or warp. Lastly, the package arrived within a decent amount of time after placing the order ( but I also have prime membership so I don't know if that affects it).Purchased these place settings for my daughters graduation party and was very pleased with the purchase and the quality. Plates were sturdy enough to handle Heavy Italian food. My only complaint was that the knives are not serrated enough to cut anything. If it had better cutting knives I would have given it 5 stars.These plates are great for the price. I had a stack that was delivered broken, and they responded quickly and sent me a new box of plates. We are using these for our wedding reception. Would recommend!This was a great purchase. I ordered the white set for my wedding reception. The plates are a hard plastic, very sturdy. Anyone wishing to recycle these could absolutely do that. The cutlery looks real. The silver finish is on the front and sides, not the back though. But they are lovely! My children and my fiance thought it was real silverware when we opened the box. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend to anyone looking for something elegant but on a budget!These are perfect for your budget wedding. They may look like china but they certainly dont feel like it. I bought mine repackaged due to packaging damage in order to get an even better deal. 3 plates were broken in the center but everything else was as expected, they'll look a lot nicer than paper without getting crazy expensive for a one time use item!Based on other reviews I thought these would be great, mimicking porcelain plates. They are very thin. Certainly better than a paper plate but def. not wonderful like many reported. If return shipping would not be so expensive, I would return and go the $ store to buy porcelain plates. Plastic silverware seems alright, but Imhave not tried it yet.Packaged so well, nothing was broken! They are thin plates but will work wonderful for our wedding!!! This was the most pieces and reasonable price I could find and I am so happy I got them!Ordered these for our wedding. well worth the price. quality was outstanding. we served BBQ and the cutlery was up to the challenge. great value without skimping
