Fits my average sized 4 year old well, a little baggy, but I bought a size up (5T). Seems to be warm enough for skiing with other layers on in 20-40 degree F weather. It just needs zippered pockets to prevent items from falling out and it needs a place to clip on skip skip pass.Love this. My daughter is 5 and wears a 5T-6 so we bought a xxs and it’s a little big on her will probably get two season out of it.. but it’s super cute high quality and she loves it!Perfect for my 3 year old!A little less insulated but worked great with a fleece mid-layeralways went with Columbia snowsuits. Keeps them warm and durableThe jacket is very thin. More a rain coat than a winter coat.I would not consider this a snow suit , very thin.
